Since 1954, CBJML has been developing in its students the profile of Critical Responsibility and the principles of the Ethics of Care, articulating its educational excellence with solid administrative, financial, technological and human resource practices that adapt to change.
VISION
By the year 2025-2026, José Max León Bilingual School will be an international school recognized for its humanistic approach, in which its academic level, its global and interdisciplinary perspective and a safe and inclusive school environment, consolidate the life skills of its students; under the framework of sustainability and the culture of continuous improvement.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

To develop students globally and interdisciplinary through the design and implementation of the Internationalization project of the curriculum of Colegio Bilingüe José Max León.

To consolidate the profile of “Critical Responsibility” in students through a curriculum that develops competencies for life and promotes the principles of the Ethics of Care, favoring the valuing of differences as a model of action for the community.

Achieve the development and well-being of people through the implementation of Human Resource Management policies articulated with the guidelines of the institutional strategy.

Increase student enrollment in the infant and pre-juvenile sections through the implementation of a marketing plan and the optimization of the admissions process.
