Since 1954, the José Max León Bilingual School has developed in students the profile of Critical Responsibility and the principles of the Ethics of Care, articulating its educational excellence with solid administrative, financial, technological and human resource practices that adapt to change.

VISION

By 2025-2026, José Max León Bilingual School will be an international school, renowned for its humanistic approach, high academic level, and its global and interdisciplinary perspective; it will have consolidated life skills in its students and the sustainability of institution through the culture of continuous improvement.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

To develop students globally and interdisciplinary through the design and implementation of the Internationalization project of the curriculum of Colegio Bilingüe José Max León.

 

  • Consolidate the profile of “Critical Responsibility” in students through a curriculum that develops life skills and promotes the principles of the Ethics of Care: care for oneself, care for others and care for what is ours, as a model of action for the community.

 

  • To strengthen the positioning of Colegio Bilingüe José Max León as an institution recognized in Colombia for its internal and external results in the academic field.

Niños Admisiones

  • Achieve the development and well-being of people through the implementation of Human Resource Management policies articulated with the guidelines of the institutional strategy.

 

  • Ensure the financial sustainability of Colegio Bilingüe José Max León through the proper management of its assets and resources.

 

  • Contribute to the social, cultural and environmental sustainability of CBJML’s surroundings through the implementation of Social Responsibility principles.
